What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Pump It Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, you may not employ individuals who fail or refuse to complete your training program. Pump It Up requires franchisees to implement a training program for their employees, consistent with the training provided by the franchisor and outlined in their manuals.
As a Pump It Up franchisee, you are responsible for ensuring your employees are properly trained. This includes ongoing training programs to maintain the standards and quality of service expected at a Pump It Up location. The training you provide to your employees must align with the guidelines and methods Pump It Up has established.
Therefore, if a potential employee refuses to participate in the required training program or does not meet the qualifications to perform their job duties according to Pump It Up's standards, you are prohibited from hiring them. This requirement ensures that all staff members are competent and uphold the brand's reputation.
