- E. Franchise Advisory Council. While we do not presently have one, we retain the right to create a Franchise Advisory Council ("FAC"), which may consist of any members of our internal staff and between three and five appointed franchisee members that advise us on advertising matters. The FAC has no operational or decision-making authority and serves only in an advisory capacity. We may dissolve or change the makeup of the FAC at any time.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Pump It Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Pump It Up is not presently required to have a Franchise Advisory Council (FAC). However, Pump It Up retains the right to create one in the future.
If Pump It Up chooses to establish an FAC, it may consist of internal staff members and between three and five appointed franchisee members. The purpose of the FAC would be to advise Pump It Up on advertising matters.
It is important to note that the FAC would have no operational or decision-making authority; its role would be purely advisory. Pump It Up also reserves the right to dissolve or change the makeup of the FAC at any time, indicating that any such council would be subject to the franchisor's control and discretion.
