What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Pump It Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Pump It Up evaluates the proposed location for a franchised business onsite, the franchisee must pay a Site Evaluation Fee. This fee is equal to $500 per person that Pump It Up sends to the site, for each day they are at the site or traveling to it.

In addition to the Site Evaluation Fee, the franchisee is also responsible for covering all of Pump It Up's travel, living, and other expenses related to the site evaluations. The Site Evaluation Fee, along with all related expenses, must be paid to Pump It Up within five days of receiving an invoice that reflects the work performed in providing these services.

Pump It Up also reserves the right to charge a fee for the first on-site evaluation conducted for a particular franchised business. For any additional on-site evaluations for the same franchised business, Pump It Up reserves the right to charge their then-current site evaluation fee, in addition to travel expenses. This means that the initial site evaluation may or may not incur a fee, but subsequent evaluations will definitely be charged at the current rate plus expenses. This policy encourages franchisees to carefully prepare their site selection package to minimize the need for multiple evaluations.
