In October 2018, Mr. Tedesco established our ultimate parent, Outlier Holdings, LLC, which owns and operates businesses in different industries, and has been the Founder, Managing Partner, and Chief Executive Officer of Outlier Holdings, LLC since that time. Mr. Tedesco was the Founder and served as Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of True North Companies, a Phoenix-based company established in January 2005, that owned and operated businesses in different industries.
