The Brand Fund

Pump It Up Businesses have a distinct culture, and the image of the System and Pump It Up Businesses is an important element of the System. We have established an advertising and marketing fund ("Brand Fund") for the enhancement and protection of the System and the Marks, and for the development of advertising, marketing, and public relations programs and materials as we deem appropriate.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Pump It Up's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, additional training for franchisees and their managerial personnel can be conducted in person or virtually. Pump It Up may also provide ongoing recommendations and consultation through manuals, bulletins, written materials, electronic media, meetings, seminars, conferences, and telephone or in-person conversations at the franchisor's office, the franchisee's business, or another designated location, including virtual means.

Pump It Up may require franchisees or their Operating Principal to attend and satisfactorily complete various training courses periodically. These courses can include conventions, regional meetings, and conferences, including the Annual Franchise Meeting, and may be held in person or virtually at Pump It Up's discretion. Managerial personnel may be allowed to attend in place of the Franchise Owner or Operating Principal, also at Pump It Up's discretion.

Pump It Up may also require franchisees or their Operating Principal to utilize online training programs available to them and their staff members, including through the manuals and other online platforms. Franchisees are responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred during these training courses and programs.
