For ease of reference in this disclosure document, the franchisor, PRECISION DOOR SERVICE SPV LLC, is referred to as "we," "us" or "Franchisor," and sometimes "PDS", and the person who buys the franchise is referred to as "you", "your", or "Franchisee". The business that is operated under the Franchise Agreement is referred to as the "franchise" or the "Business" and the right to operate granted by the Franchise Agreement is sometimes referred to as the "license" or "franchise." If you are a legal entity, the provisions of the Franchise Agreement and related agreements apply to your owners.
This disclosure document outlines and summarizes some contractual obligations of both the Franchisor and the Franchisee which are found in the Franchise Agreement and other agreements. For ease of reference and understanding, these obligations may be paraphrased or described in general terms in this document.
The Franchisor and Predecessor
The Franchisor is PRECISION DOOR SERVICE SPV LLC. We are a Delaware limited liability company organized on December 1, 2020. We maintain our principal place of business at 2395 S. Washington Avenue, Suite 5, Titusville, Florida 32780. We do business under our corporate name and under the name PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE®. Our agents for service of process are listed on Exhibit B.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Precision Door Service FDD, the franchisor, PRECISION DOOR SERVICE SPV LLC, conducts business under its corporate name and the name PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE®. This means that franchisees will primarily operate and market their services under the Precision Garage Door Service name, benefiting from the established brand recognition associated with that name. The franchisor may also use its corporate name, PRECISION DOOR SERVICE SPV LLC, in legal and formal business contexts.
