What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Precision Door Service's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a $14,900 training fee is charged as part of the Buyer Commitment Agreement. This fee is specifically applicable in the event of a franchise transfer.
This fee is only payable if both the franchisee and their buyer request that the buyer attend training prior to the closing of the sale. This training is in addition to all other transfer requirements that Precision Door Service may have.
This conditionality means that a franchisee selling their business will only incur this additional training fee if the buyer needs or wants to be trained by Precision Door Service before the sale is finalized. Otherwise, the standard transfer requirements and fees apply.
