What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Precision Door Service's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must adhere to specific standards of business conduct. Precision Door Service requires franchisees to follow good business practices, maintaining high standards of honesty, integrity, fair dealing, and ethical conduct in all business dealings. This extends to interactions with customers, vendors, employees, corporate staff, and other franchisees within the Precision Door Service system.
Specifically, Precision Door Service franchisees must avoid deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices that could negatively impact the brand's reputation and goodwill. This means franchisees are expected to conduct their business in a transparent and responsible manner, ensuring that all representations made to customers and other stakeholders are truthful and accurate.
These standards are typical in franchising, as the franchisor aims to protect the brand's image and customer trust. By adhering to these ethical guidelines, Precision Door Service franchisees contribute to the overall positive perception of the brand, which benefits all franchisees within the system. Failure to comply with these standards could result in penalties or termination of the franchise agreement, as it would be considered a breach of contract and a detriment to the brand's reputation.
