What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Precision Door Service's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a License Fee monthly. The License Fee amount is specified in the Data Sheet, and payment is due by the 5th of each month for the month just ended.

In practical terms, this means that a Precision Door Service franchisee needs to ensure that the License Fee payment is made by the 5th of each month to avoid any late payment issues. The Data Sheet, which is referenced in the FDD, will contain the specific dollar amount that must be paid each month.

It is also important to note that Precision Door Service also reserves the right to charge a MAP (Marketing, Advertising, and Promotion) Fee, which, if implemented, is also due monthly by the 5th of each month. Therefore, franchisees should be prepared to manage these recurring monthly payments to Precision Door Service.
