What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Precision Door Service's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee may incur a late fee of $25 per month, or the maximum amount allowed under the law, whichever is less, for late payments on software system fees.
Precision Door Service requires franchisees to license QuickBooks Online, either directly from Intuit Limited or through ZorWare. If a franchisee chooses to license QuickBooks Online through ZorWare, they will pay the QuickBooks Online fee to ZorWare. The use of QuickBooks Online will be subject to the Software System User and Maintenance Agreement.
It is important to note that all fees are non-refundable. Franchisees may be required to pay all current and future fees specified in Item 6 by automatic bank draft. Some banks or other financial institutions may charge a fee for electronic transfers.
