What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Precision Door Service Franchise Disclosure Document, live support is available from 6 AM to 7 PM Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. This support is part of the Software System User and Maintenance Agreement.
However, there are limitations to the phone support offered. Franchisees are limited to a maximum of 2 hours of phone support per month. If a franchisee exceeds this limit, they will be charged $125 per hour for any additional phone support they require.
Additionally, the service level agreement specifies that Precision Door Service will use its best efforts to respond to and/or resolve issues within 2 to 5 business days. It is also important to note that the ZorWare Help Desk & Team observes all holidays as determined by Zorware, which may affect the availability of live support during those times. Prospective franchisees should factor these limitations and potential extra costs into their operational planning.
