What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Precision Door Service Franchise Disclosure Document, live support is available from 6 AM to 7 PM Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. This support is part of the Software System User and Maintenance Agreement.

However, there are limitations to the phone support offered. Franchisees are limited to a maximum of 2 hours of phone support per month. If a franchisee exceeds this limit, they will be charged $125 per hour for any additional phone support they require.
