What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Precision Door Service's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to use the franchisor's specified Software System, which includes ServiceTitan business management software. Franchisees must obtain a license for ServiceTitan directly from the third-party vendor, ServiceTitan, Inc. and pay the associated license fees directly to them. The current license fee is $200 per technician.

In addition to the ServiceTitan license, franchisees must also acquire a Technology Package from Precision Door Service's designated supplier, which is currently the franchisor. This package includes Qvinci, FranConnect, one NPS site, one Office365 E1, and one Office365 Exchange email account. Franchisees must sign a software license agreement and pay an initial enrollment fee of $1,250, as detailed in Item 5, along with monthly support and maintenance fees of $68, as detailed in Item 6. These fees are paid to Precision Door Service's affiliate, ZorWare.

Additional costs may arise for franchisees needing more than one Office365 Exchange email account, priced at $4.50 per month, Office365 E1 email accounts at $10.50 per month and Office365 E3 email accounts at $24.00 per month. While ZorWare provides maintenance for the Technology Package, any maintenance needed for the ServiceTitan software is billed at ZorWare's hourly rate, which is currently $125 per hour.

Precision Door Service may update its Software System and require franchisees to use different or additional software in the future. Franchisees will be responsible for purchasing the necessary software and entering into the required agreements, as well as paying the associated fees to either Precision Door Service or the third-party supplier. Franchisees must also purchase one mobile device for each technician or vehicle.
