What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Precision Door Service FDD, franchisees must license the ServiceTitan business management software directly from ServiceTitan, Inc., the third-party vendor. Franchisees are also responsible for paying the associated license fees directly to ServiceTitan. As of the date of the FDD, these fees are currently $200 per technician.

In addition to ServiceTitan, Precision Door Service franchisees must also obtain a Technology Package from the franchisor's designated supplier, which is currently Precision Door Service itself. Franchisees must sign a software license agreement and pay an initial enrollment fee (currently $1,250) and monthly support and maintenance fees (currently $68/month) to Precision Door Service's affiliate, ZorWare.

It is important for prospective franchisees to understand that while they license ServiceTitan from a third party, they are required to use it as part of the Precision Door Service business operations. Additionally, while Precision Door Service provides access to the Software System in its hosted environment, maintenance on the ServiceTitan software is provided by ZorWare at their hourly rates, which are currently $125/hour.
