What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Precision Door Service Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must use a Software System in their business operations. Currently, this system includes business management software, which is specified as ServiceTitan. Franchisees are required to license ServiceTitan directly from ServiceTitan, Inc. and pay the associated license fees directly to them.

In addition to ServiceTitan, the Software System also includes a Technology Package. This package consists of Qvinci, one Net Promoter Score ("NPS") product (currently, Broadly), FranConnect, one Microsoft Office365 E1 email account and one Microsoft Office365 Exchange email account. Franchisees obtain access to the Technology Package software directly from Precision Door Service and pay monthly usage fees to Precision Door Service or their designee.

Precision Door Service retains the right to update the Software System, potentially requiring franchisees to use different or additional proprietary software in the future. In such cases, franchisees would be obligated to purchase or enter into software agreements or licenses as specified by Precision Door Service or the third-party supplier. Franchisees would also be responsible for paying the associated fees to either Precision Door Service or the third-party supplier. Franchisees must also have a personal computer and one mobile device per technician or vehicle that meet the standards described in the Manuals.
