This Rider is annexed to and forms part of the SDAA. This Rider is being signed because (a) you are a resident of the State of Washington and/or (b) the Development Area will be located in the State of Washington and/or (c) any of the offering or sales activity relating to the SDAA occurred in the State of Washington.
