Can Petro Stopping Center use improvements developed by a franchisee in other Petro Stopping Center locations?

According to the 2025 Petro Stopping Center Franchise Disclosure Document, Petro Stopping Center has the right to use improvements developed by a franchisee in the operation of other Petro Stopping Center locations.
