What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Petro Stopping Center Franchise Disclosure Document, Petro Stopping Center will provide franchisees with any amended or revised versions of the Manuals during the term of the Franchise Agreement. The manuals contain the standards, specifications, operating procedures, and methods utilized by Petro Stopping Centers. The Table of Contents of the Manual is in Exhibit C and is 144 pages long.

These revisions and updates to the manuals are important for franchisees to stay current with the Petro System and Petro System Standards. Franchisees are expected to adhere to these standards in order to maintain consistency across all Petro Stopping Center locations.

Petro Stopping Center may also periodically modify the Petro System Standards, which may require franchisees to make additional capital investments in the Petro Center and/or incur higher operating costs. These Capital Modifications may include changes to the Marks, the Petro Center facade and structure, the Operating Assets, the Products and Services to be offered at the Petro Center, interior specifications, and equipment. Franchisees must comply with these changes to Petro System Standards within 60 days unless the Capital Modifications will be greater than $25,000, in which case they will have four months to comply.
