What do I receive in exchange for paying the IT Security Fee for my Petro Stopping Center franchise?

In exchange for payment of the IT Security Fee, you will be granted access to certain software and data security technology that we provide to you.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may required to pay additional amounts to us or third parties in connection with Computer Systems (which may include other data security measures not covered by the IT Security Fee).

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Petro Stopping Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, in exchange for paying the IT Security Fee, franchisees are granted access to certain software and data security technology provided by Petro Stopping Center.
The IT Security Fee is $100 per month, beginning the first full calendar month after the opening date. This fee is subject to an annual increase based on the CPI Adjustment. However, the IT Security Fee will never be less than the then-current fee, even upon renewal of the franchise agreement.
