What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Petro Stopping Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if your copy of the Petro Stopping Center Manuals is lost, destroyed, or significantly damaged, you must obtain a replacement copy. Petro Stopping Center will provide a replacement at their then-applicable charge.

The Petro Stopping Center Manuals are loaned to you during the term of the agreement and contain the Petro System Standards that Petro Stopping Center prescribes for operating a Petro Center. You are required to keep your copy of the manuals current and secure at the Petro Center, whether in hard copy or electronic form.

You are not allowed to copy or reproduce any part of the Petro Stopping Center Manuals. In case of a dispute about the contents of the manuals, the master copy maintained by Petro Stopping Center at its principal office or on its computer system will be the controlling version. This highlights the importance of maintaining your manual and understanding that the franchisor's version is the ultimate authority.
