What must a Petro Stopping Center franchisee do to comply with federal, state and local laws?

(d) you will comply with and/or assist us to the fullest extent possible in our efforts to comply with all present and future federal, state and local laws, ordinances, regulations, policies, lists and any other requirements of any governmental authority.
7.13 Interior and Exterior Upkeep.
You must at all times maintain the Petro Center's interior and exterior and the surrounding area in the highest degree of cleanliness, orderliness and sanitation and comply with the requirements regarding the Petro Center established in the Manuals and by federal, state and local laws.
- (c) Compliance with Laws.
You are solely responsible for complying with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations relating directly or indirectly to the development and operation of the Petro Center, including any laws, rules or regulations regarding public accommodations for Persons with disabilities.
You are solely responsible for any and all claims, liabilities, costs and images relating to non-compliance or alleged non-compliance with any such laws, rules, ordinances or regulations, and you must remedy, at your expense, any such non-compliance or alleged non-compliance.

Petro Stopping Center franchisees are solely responsible for any claims, liabilities, costs, and damages related to non-compliance or alleged non-compliance with these laws. They must also rectify any instances of non-compliance or alleged non-compliance at their own expense.
Furthermore, franchisees must assist Petro Stopping Center in complying with all present and future federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, regulations, policies, lists, and any other requirements from governmental authorities to the fullest extent possible. This obligation extends to all aspects of the business, ensuring that the Petro Stopping Center operates in accordance with legal standards.
