According to Petro Stopping Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, using or duplicating confidential information in any business other than the franchisee's Petro Stopping Center is considered an unfair method of competition. The franchisor discloses confidential information to the franchisee and their personnel through manuals, training, guidance, and assistance.
