What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Petro Stopping Center Franchise Disclosure Document, if the Petro Stopping Center is not being managed by a trained manager, Petro Franchise or its other representative has the authority to appoint a manager to oversee operations.
Pending the appointment of a manager by the franchisee or their representative, Petro Stopping Center retains the right to step in and appoint a manager themselves.
If Petro Stopping Center appoints a manager, they may charge a reasonable management fee for the service. This provision ensures that each Petro Stopping Center maintains a certain level of operational standards, even if the franchisee is unable to provide a trained manager.
