What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Petro Stopping Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the administrative fee is payable monthly, 10 business days following the Report Day by electronic funds transfer. This fee is 0.3% of all Non-Fuel Gross Sales up to and including Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($600,000) per month (the "Administrative Threshold Amount").
Each calendar year, the Administrative Threshold Amount will be increased by using the CPI Adjustment. This means that the maximum amount of sales subject to the 0.3% fee may increase annually based on inflation, potentially increasing the overall fee paid by the franchisee over time.
Non-Fuel Gross Sales means all Gross Sales excluding sales from Motor Fuel Gross Sales. Gross Sales means the total actual gross charges for all Products or Services sold to customers of your Petro Center for cash or credit, whether these sales are made at or from the Petro Center (including by way of clarification anywhere on the Site), or any other location; net of rebates or refunds. Any amounts that you collect and transmit to state or local authorities as sales, use, fuel or other similar taxes are excluded from the definition of Gross Sales.
