- A. Through the expenditure of considerable time, effort, and money, Franchisor has developed unique and distinctive businesses which feature high-quality custom men's and women's clothing ("Pearce Bespoke Franchises"). Franchisor uses and licenses certain trademarks, including Pearce Bespoke™, and may hereafter adopt, use, and license additional or substitute trademarks, service marks, logos, and commercial symbols in connection with the operation of Pearce Bespoke Franchises (collectively, the "Marks"). Pearce Bespoke Franchises use Franchisor's methods, procedures, standards, specifications, and the Marks (all of which are collectively referred to as the "Business System"), which Franchisor may periodically improve, further develop, or otherwise modify.

According to the 2025 Pearce Bespoke Franchise Disclosure Document, Pearce Bespoke Franchising, LLC uses and licenses certain trademarks, including Pearce Bespoke™. The document also states that the company may adopt, use, and license additional or substitute trademarks, service marks, logos, and commercial symbols in connection with the operation of Pearce Bespoke franchises. These trademarks, service marks, logos, and commercial symbols are collectively referred to as the "Marks."
As a Pearce Bespoke franchisee, your right to use and identify with the Marks applies only to the operation of your franchise within your designated territory and only as long as you comply with Pearce Bespoke's quality and operating standards. You can only use the Marks in the manner that Pearce Bespoke directs and approves in writing. You will not acquire any rights in any of the Marks other than the right of use as governed by the Franchise Agreement.
Pearce Bespoke retains significant control over the use of its trademarks. If Pearce Bespoke believes that your actions infringe upon or harm the goodwill, standards of uniformity or quality, or business standing associated with the Marks, you must immediately modify or discontinue your use of the Marks as directed by Pearce Bespoke in writing. You are prohibited from doing anything that would infringe upon, harm, mislead, or contest Pearce Bespoke's rights in the Marks or the associated goodwill, both during and after the term of the Franchise Agreement.
