Through the expenditure of considerable time, effort, and money, Franchisor has developed unique and distinctive businesses which feature high-quality custom men's and women's clothing ("Pearce Bespoke Franchises"). Franchisor uses and licenses certain trademarks, including Pearce Bespoke™, and may hereafter adopt, use, and license additional or substitute trademarks, service marks, logos, and commercial symbols in connection with the operation of Pearce Bespoke Franchises (collectively, the "Marks"). Pearce Bespoke Franchises use Franchisor's methods, procedures, standards, specifications, and the Marks (all of which are collectively referred to as the "Business System"), which Franchisor may periodically improve, further develop, or otherwise modify.

According to the 2025 Pearce Bespoke Franchise Disclosure Document, Pearce Bespoke Franchising, LLC uses and licenses certain trademarks, including Pearce Bespoke™. The document also states that the franchisor may adopt, use, and license additional or substitute trademarks, service marks, logos, and commercial symbols in connection with the operation of Pearce Bespoke Franchises, which are collectively referred to as the "Marks".
As a Pearce Bespoke franchisee, you have the right to use and identify with the Marks and Business System only within your Franchised Territory. This right exists only for the term of the Franchise Agreement and as long as you fully comply with Pearce Bespoke's quality and operating standards. You must use the Marks and Business System in the manner Pearce Bespoke directs and approves in writing, and you do not acquire any rights in the Marks or Business System beyond this right of use.
Pearce Bespoke retains significant control over the use of its trademarks. If Pearce Bespoke believes that your actions infringe upon or harm the goodwill, uniformity, quality, or business standing associated with the Marks and Business System, you must immediately modify or discontinue your use of them as directed in writing. You are prohibited from doing anything that would infringe upon, harm, mislead, or contest Pearce Bespoke's rights in the Marks or Business System, or the associated goodwill, both during and after the term of the Franchise Agreement. You must also operate your Pearce Bespoke Franchise so that it is clearly identified and advertised as a Pearce Bespoke Franchise, with the style, form, and use of the words "Pearce Bespoke" requiring prior written approval from Pearce Bespoke.
Prospective franchisees should note that they cannot use "Pearce Bespoke" in their corporate or partnership name and must clearly indicate on business materials that they are the owner of the Pearce Bespoke Franchise and a Pearce Bespoke franchisee. Pearce Bespoke can also require changes or discontinuation of any or all of the Marks at any time. Franchisees are not allowed to defend or enforce any of the Marks in legal proceedings without Pearce Bespoke's prior written consent. These stipulations ensure brand consistency and protect the franchisor's intellectual property rights.
