What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the technology fee, currently $25 per week, is due at the same time as royalty fees. The FDD specifies that Pearce Bespoke may increase this fee, but not by more than 10% annually, with 60 days' written notice.
The technology fee covers various technology services that Pearce Bespoke provides or arranges for franchisees. These services are subject to change. The FDD states that the technology fee is currently a pass-through cost for these services from the date the business opens. It will be collected in the same manner as the Royalty Fee and Brand Fund Fee. Pearce Bespoke retains the right to implement a non-pass-through Technology Fee for technology and website development services.
In addition to the weekly technology fee, franchisees are responsible for any "per transaction" fees charged by third-party vendors for mobile application or online bookings. Pearce Bespoke will calculate Gross Sales, Net Sales, and Credit Card Sales on a weekly basis and pay the franchisee the Net Sales generated from the operation of their Franchise during the previous calendar week minus the amount owed for the Technology Fee.
