According to the 2025 Pearce Bespoke Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must adhere to the quality and customer service standards that Pearce Bespoke requires in writing. Franchisees are obligated to sell only those product and service categories that Pearce Bespoke approves in writing and must offer all product and service categories that Pearce Bespoke mandates from time to time.

To maintain brand uniformity, Pearce Bespoke will periodically develop uniform standards of quality and service. These standards are designed to protect the goodwill and uniformity associated with the Pearce Bespoke brand for the benefit of all franchisees and the franchisor. Franchisees must also maintain the uniformity and brand standards that Pearce Bespoke reasonably requires for all products and services.

Pearce Bespoke provides franchisees with an Operations Manual that describes the operational policies, standards, requirements, and practices, which may be modified and amended by Pearce Bespoke periodically. Franchisees are required to comply with all provisions outlined in the manuals. Pearce Bespoke also retains the right to inspect the franchise as often as it deems necessary and provide written reports to the franchisee on operations, regulate quality standards and products throughout the franchise network.
