What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Brand Fund may be used by the company for utilizing networking media social sites. These sites include Facebook, Twitter (x), Bluesky, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, LinkedIn, and on-line blogs and forums.
Pearce Bespoke franchisees benefit from the franchisor's discretion in using the Brand Fund for various advertising and marketing purposes. This includes electronic and print advertising campaigns, maintaining a website, direct mail advertising, social networking, marketing surveys, and promotional materials. The franchisor decides how to allocate these funds, which can significantly impact brand awareness and customer engagement.
However, the FDD also states that Pearce Bespoke is not required to spend any amount of the Brand Fund in the franchisee's specific territory. This means that while franchisees contribute to the Brand Fund, there is no guarantee that these contributions will directly benefit their individual location. Prospective franchisees should consider this when evaluating the potential return on investment in marketing and advertising efforts.
