K. Additional Training Seminars.
Franchisor may periodically conduct refresher courses, seminars, and other programs for all Pearce Bespoke franchisees and their clothiers. Franchisee and/or its employees will be required to attend any such programs and will be responsible for any expenses incurred by them in attending such programs including the cost of training sessions as detailed in the Operations Manual, transportation, lodging, meals, and any wages. According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for expenses incurred when they or their employees attend refresher courses or seminars. Specifically, Pearce Bespoke may periodically conduct refresher courses, seminars, and other programs for franchisees and their clothiers.
The franchisee and/or their employees are required to attend these programs and will be responsible for all associated expenses. These expenses include the cost of the training sessions as detailed in the Operations Manual, transportation, lodging, meals, and any wages paid to employees while they attend the programs.
If a franchisee requests that Pearce Bespoke provide training at the franchisee's location, and Pearce Bespoke agrees to do so, the franchisee is responsible for reimbursing Pearce Bespoke for the transportation costs, lodging costs, and other costs reasonably related to the training. The reimbursement for training at the franchisee's location is capped at $5,000.
