What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is ultimately responsible for the computer hardware and software. While Pearce Bespoke requires franchisees to buy, use, and maintain computer hardware and software that meets their standards, the franchisee has the sole responsibility for the acquisition, operation, maintenance, and upgrading of these systems.

This means that a Pearce Bespoke franchisee must handle all aspects of their computer systems, including purchasing the initial hardware and software, ensuring the systems are running correctly, performing necessary maintenance, and keeping the systems up to date. This responsibility extends to any consequences that may arise if the computer hardware and software are not properly operated, maintained, or upgraded.

Pearce Bespoke retains the right to require franchisees to update or upgrade their computer hardware and software as deemed necessary. They may also require franchisees to enter into separate maintenance agreements for the hardware and software. While Pearce Bespoke may offer support or require specific systems, the onus is on the franchisee to ensure these systems are properly managed and functioning.
