Although you must buy, use, and maintain computer hardware and Software meeting our standards and specifications, you will have the sole and complete responsibility for: (i) the acquisition, operation, maintenance, and upgrading of the computer hardware and Software; and (ii) all consequences that may arise if the computer hardware and Software is not properly operated, maintained, or upgraded.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is ultimately responsible for the computer hardware and software. Pearce Bespoke retains the right to require franchisees to update or upgrade their computer hardware and software as deemed necessary.
