What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Pearce Bespoke Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program must be completed, to Pearce Bespoke's satisfaction, before opening the franchised business. If the franchisee is an individual, they must complete the training. If the franchisee is a business entity, the operating principal must complete the training. Additionally, if applicable, the manager of the franchise must also complete the initial training program.

The training is conducted online and/or at Pearce Bespoke's location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. However, Pearce Bespoke may permit training at the franchisee's location. If Pearce Bespoke agrees to conduct the training at the franchisee's location, the franchisee is responsible for all costs associated with travel, lodging, and other reasonably related expenses incurred by Pearce Bespoke.

Trainees must satisfactorily complete the initial training program at least one week prior to the opening of the franchised business.
