What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are typically required to attend franchisee summits and conventions, unless excused in writing by Pearce Bespoke. These summits may occur annually or at intervals determined by Pearce Bespoke, and attendance by a franchisee or principal is mandatory, with additional staff able to attend at the franchisee's discretion. Franchisees are responsible for all costs associated with attending these events, including transportation, lodging, meals, and personal expenses.
In addition to covering their own expenses, Pearce Bespoke may charge a Conference Fee to franchisees. The maximum Conference Fee is $500 USD per franchisee. However, Pearce Bespoke retains the right to modify this fee, including the maximum amount, periodically as outlined in the manuals.
Failure to attend the summit without an approved excuse constitutes a material breach of the Franchise Agreement. In such cases, Pearce Bespoke may elect to charge a Non-Attendance Fee of up to $1,000 USD per Pearce Bespoke Franchise. This policy underscores the importance Pearce Bespoke places on franchisee participation in summits and conventions for training, networking, and brand consistency.
