Who manages the initial training program for Pearce Bespoke?

Our training materials consist of Pearce Bespoke Manuals, the electronic POS System guide and guide to CRM reports, training manual, visual merchandising manual, daily operations tools, lectures, classroom discussion, hands-on demonstration, role-play training, and practice training in the training facility.
Pearce Bespoke does not charge an additional fee for the initial training program. You are, however, responsible for travel and living expenses that you and your representatives (if any) incur while attending the initial training program. See Item 7 for additional information on those expenses.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program is managed by Nathan Pearce, whose biographical information can be found in Item 2 of the FDD. However, Pearce Bespoke retains the right to use other individuals as trainers. Any such trainers must have at least 6 months of experience relevant to the subject matter they are teaching.
Pearce Bespoke does not charge a separate fee for the initial training program. However, franchisees are responsible for covering their own travel and living expenses, as well as those of their representatives, while attending the training. Item 7 provides additional details on these expenses. Pearce Bespoke may, at its discretion, provide training at the franchisee's location, in which case the franchisee will be responsible for reimbursing Pearce Bespoke for transportation, lodging, and other related costs, up to a maximum of $5,000.
It is mandatory for the franchisee (if an individual) or the operating principal (if the franchisee is a business entity) and their manager (if applicable) to complete the initial training program to Pearce Bespoke's satisfaction before opening the franchised business. The training may be conducted online, at Pearce Bespoke's location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, or, if permitted, at the franchisee's location. Trainees must successfully complete the initial training program at least one week before the business opens. Failure to complete the training program to Pearce Bespoke's satisfaction may result in termination of the franchise agreement.
