What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Pearce Bespoke Franchise Disclosure Document, the late renewal administration charge is not included in the Renewal Fee. If a franchisee fails to meet the renewal conditions within the specified timeframes, Pearce Bespoke may, at its discretion, allow the franchisee to renew the agreement, but this is subject to a late renewal administration charge of $500.
This $500 charge is in addition to the standard Renewal Fee. The Renewal Fee is the greater of $5,000 or 25% of the then-current franchise fee.
