Item 22 summarizes certain provisions of the franchise agreement and other information. It also states that Pearce Bespoke must provide the disclosure document to the franchisee 14 calendar days before signing a binding agreement or making a payment to the Franchisor or an affiliate in connection with the proposed franchise sale.

For a prospective Pearce Bespoke franchisee, this means that the franchisor offers support in assessing potential locations and lease terms for the mobile unit. They also furnish a detailed list of required equipment, supplies, signage, and initial inventory, which is essential for budgeting and planning the initial investment. The FDD and franchise agreement contain critical information about these pre-opening requirements, and franchisees must receive the FDD well in advance of committing to the franchise.

It is important to note that the franchisee is responsible for securing the vehicle and location, and the franchisor's assistance is limited to guidance and specifications. The franchisee should carefully review the list of required items and associated costs to ensure they have sufficient capital to meet these pre-opening obligations. Additionally, the franchisee should seek clarification from Pearce Bespoke regarding the specifics of the leasing assistance provided and any potential costs associated with it.
