What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial fees, including the Franchise Fee, Development Fee, Opening Inventory Package, On-Site Training costs, and Clothier Inventory Package costs, are due in a lump sum upon the execution of the Franchise Agreement. These fees are considered fully earned upon payment and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
The Franchise Fee itself is $55,900 for a territory with a population between 50,000 and 200,000 people, or $29,000 for a territory with a population of no more than 50,000 people. If a franchisee enters into a Development Agreement to open multiple franchises, a Development Fee is required upon execution of the Development Agreement. The amount of this fee depends on the number of franchises the franchisee is granted the right to open.
Additionally, upon signing the Franchise Agreement, franchisees must pay $8,000 per Franchised Territory for the Opening Inventory Package. If the franchisee hires clothiers, they must also purchase a Clothier Inventory Package for $2,700 per clothier. While Pearce Bespoke does not currently charge an initial training fee, if on-site training is agreed upon, the franchisee is responsible for covering transportation, lodging, and other related travel costs, which will not exceed $5,000.
