Other than the preceding financial performance representation, we do not make any financial performance representations. We also do not authorize our employees or representatives to make any such representations either orally or in writing. If you are purchasing an existing outlet, however, we may provide you with the actual records of that outlet. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a prospective franchisee is considering purchasing an existing Pearce Bespoke outlet, the franchisor may provide the actual financial records of that specific outlet. This is in addition to the financial performance representations included in Item 19 of the FDD. The FDD notes that the FTC's Franchise Rule allows a franchisor to provide information about actual or potential financial performance if there is a reasonable basis for the information and if it is included in the Disclosure Document.
It is important to note that if a prospective franchisee receives any financial performance information or projections of future income outside of the official records of the existing outlet, they should report it to Pearce Bespoke's management, the Federal Trade Commission, and the appropriate state regulatory agencies. This is to ensure transparency and compliance with franchise regulations. Nathan Pearce can be contacted at 107 Parr Drive, Huntersville, NC 28078; (205) 919-2949.
Pearce Bespoke also provides an Item 19 financial performance representation based on twenty-six clothiers who operated for the full twelve months of 2024. This includes information on gross revenue, alterations, travel, shipping, cost of sales, credit card fees, marketing (brand fund), and royalties. The franchisor will provide written substantiation for the financial performance representation upon request. The Item 19 data is broken down by quartile, showing average gross revenues ranging from $9,316 to $112,174. However, the FDD cautions that individual results may differ, and there is no assurance that a franchisee will earn as much.
