What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the high end of the rent estimate is based on three months' rent in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, for class B or C office space. The estimated high end for rent is $1,500.
Pearce Bespoke does not require franchisees to lease a dedicated facility, and the low end of the rent estimate contemplates working from a home office. However, the FDD anticipates that some franchisees may choose to lease or rent an office or shared workspace. Rent expense will vary based on location, square footage, age of the property, condition of the structure, lease arrangements, and other factors, including whether you rent from a shared workspace or co-working space and your creditworthiness.
Prospective franchisees should consider these factors and research local rental costs to determine if the $1,500 estimate is sufficient for their desired location and type of office space. It is important to note that this is just an estimate, and actual rental costs may be higher or lower.
