What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees receive their share of revenue on a weekly basis. Pearce Bespoke calculates Gross Sales, Net Sales, and Credit Card Sales weekly. Franchisees then receive a report detailing these sales figures for their business.

Pearce Bespoke pays the franchisee the Net Sales generated from their business during the previous week. This payment is made via EFT, ACH, direct deposit, or a similar method. However, this payment is not the entirety of the Net Sales, as certain deductions are made.

The Net Sales payment is reduced by (i) all fees, including Royalty Fee, Brand Fund Fee, POS System Subscription Fee, and Technology Fee, and (ii) any amounts the franchisee owes to Pearce Bespoke or its affiliates for purchases of supplies. This means the franchisee's actual take-home pay will be the Net Sales minus these deductions.
