What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must use only approved advertising and marketing materials. If a franchisee wants to use unapproved advertising or promotional materials that include the Pearce Bespoke name or other marks, they must get written approval from Pearce Bespoke before using the materials. This requirement ensures that all advertising and promotional efforts align with the brand's standards and image.
Pearce Bespoke franchisees are expected to actively promote and advertise their Pearce Bespoke business and participate in all advertising and promotional programs that Pearce Bespoke establishes. Franchisees must also participate in the Pearce Bespoke national (electronic) gift card program and approved e-mail marketing and loyalty programs at their own expense. However, franchisees have the right to set their own prices for products and services, although Pearce Bespoke may recommend minimum and maximum prices, subject to applicable law.
Franchisees are also required to use approved vendors designated by Pearce Bespoke for broadcast media placement and online advertising during their pre-opening and first-year marketing activities. This requirement helps maintain consistency and quality in advertising efforts across all franchise locations. While franchisees can develop their own advertising and marketing materials, they must follow the Business System standards and specifications outlined in the Manuals, ensuring the materials are factually correct and accurately depict the Marks and brand position. These materials must be submitted to Pearce Bespoke for written approval before use, and written authorization is required for internet advertising or marketing.
