What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may receive additional management assistance and services beyond the standard initial support. Pearce Bespoke will assist franchisees in developing a business plan as part of the initial assistance.

However, if a franchisee requires more extensive management assistance or other services beyond what is typically provided to all new franchisees, Pearce Bespoke and the franchisee can agree to provide these additional services.

The FDD specifies that this additional assistance is subject to "agreed upon compensation," meaning that the franchisee will incur extra costs for these services. Prospective franchisees should discuss the scope and cost of any potential additional support with Pearce Bespoke to fully understand the financial implications.
