What is the franchisee expected to evaluate and investigate regarding the Pearce Bespoke Business System?

According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Agreement, prospective franchisees must thoroughly evaluate and investigate the Pearce Bespoke Business System. This includes understanding the procedures and financial requirements associated with the system, as well as assessing the competitive market in which it operates. This due diligence is expected to be completed before entering into the franchise agreement.

Pearce Bespoke emphasizes that franchisees should use the Marks and Business System in strict compliance with the standards, operating procedures, specifications, requirements, and instructions required of all franchisees. These standards are periodically amended and supplemented by Pearce Bespoke and are designed to protect Pearce Bespoke's interests in the Business System and the Marks. These standards are generally set forth in the Operations Manual or other written materials, which may also include guidelines or recommendations.

Pearce Bespoke retains the right to determine if a franchisee is meeting the required standards and whether any alternative approaches are suitable. Franchisees must also ensure that their Pearce Bespoke Franchise is clearly identified and advertised as such, adhering to Pearce Bespoke's approved style, form, and use of the words "Pearce Bespoke" in all advertising and written materials. Franchisees are expected to operate in accordance with the Business System and within their Franchised Territory, as defined in the agreement.
