What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee acknowledges that Pearce Bespoke disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. This includes any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose related to the sale of goods, equipment, furniture, signs, or supplies.

In simpler terms, Pearce Bespoke does not provide any guarantees about the quality, performance, or suitability of the items it sells to franchisees. This means if a franchisee purchases equipment or supplies from Pearce Bespoke or its affiliates and those items turn out to be defective or not suitable for their intended use, the franchisee will not be able to hold Pearce Bespoke responsible under a warranty claim.

This disclaimer is a standard practice in franchising. It is important for a prospective Pearce Bespoke franchisee to carefully evaluate the quality and suitability of all required purchases. They should also consider obtaining their own independent warranties or guarantees from the manufacturers or suppliers of these items, if possible, to protect their investment.
