What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee for a single franchise varies depending on the population of the franchised territory. For a territory with a population between 50,000 and 200,000 people, the franchise fee is $55,900. If the franchised territory has a population of no more than 50,000 people, the franchise fee is $29,000. This fee grants the franchisee the license to operate the franchise.

The franchise fee is due upon signing the Franchise Agreement and is considered fully earned by Pearce Bespoke upon payment. This fee is not refundable, either in whole or in part, under any circumstances. Pearce Bespoke applies this fee uniformly to all franchisees, and the method used to calculate the fee is consistent for all franchises offered in the Disclosure Document.

It is important for prospective franchisees to understand the population demographics of their desired territory, as this directly impacts the initial franchise fee. This non-refundable fee is a significant upfront investment, so careful consideration of the territory's potential is crucial. Additionally, while the document outlines the franchise fee for a single unit, it also describes a Development Agreement option for those interested in opening multiple locations, which involves a different fee structure.
