What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Pearce Bespoke Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement is included as Exhibit E. This exhibit is a crucial part of the FDD, as it contains the complete terms and conditions that govern the relationship between Pearce Bespoke and its franchisees. Prospective franchisees should carefully review Exhibit E with legal counsel to fully understand their rights and obligations before investing in a Pearce Bespoke franchise.

The franchise agreement outlines various aspects of the franchise operation, including the use of Pearce Bespoke's trademarks, access to the Business System and confidential manuals, and the franchisee's responsibilities in complying with Pearce Bespoke's standards. It also details the fees, royalties, and other payments required by the franchisee, as well as the term of the agreement and the conditions for renewal or termination. Understanding these details is essential for assessing the financial viability and long-term potential of the franchise.

Furthermore, the franchise agreement specifies the territory granted to the franchisee, if any, and any restrictions on the franchisee's ability to operate outside of that territory. It also addresses issues such as training, marketing, and advertising, and the support that Pearce Bespoke will provide to the franchisee. Given the importance of the franchise agreement, prospective franchisees should seek professional advice to ensure they fully understand the legal and financial implications before signing the document.
