- Provide you with electronic copies of the Manuals. You must keep the Manuals confidential and return them when the Franchise Agreement terminates (Franchise Agreement – Section 7(F)).

Pearce Bespoke provides you with an electronic copy of its confidential Pearce Bespoke Manuals. The Manuals are subject to change and will be updated electronically, as necessary, through Pearce Bespoke's intranet. The table of contents for our current Manuals, as of the issuance of this Disclosure Document, is found in Exhibit D. The current table of contents has an equivalent of 49 total pages.
The Operations Manual is still under development; therefore, these numbers are estimates based on what has currently been developed and are subject to change.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Pearce Bespoke Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will receive the Pearce Bespoke Manuals in electronic format. Specifically, Pearce Bespoke will provide electronic copies of the Manuals before the franchise opens. Franchisees are required to keep these manuals confidential and must return them to Pearce Bespoke if the Franchise Agreement is terminated.
During the operation of the franchise, Pearce Bespoke will periodically make available all changes to the Business System via the Manuals electronically. They will also furnish updated and revised material for the Manuals electronically. The manuals are subject to change and will be updated electronically, as necessary, through Pearce Bespoke's intranet.
