W. Clothier Recruitment Fee.
Upon Franchisee's request, Franchisor will provide Franchisee with clothier recruitment services ("PB Recruiting"). PB Recruiting services include: (i) identifying potential clothiers for employment, (ii) making touch points, and (iii) upon Franchisee's request, traveling to its territory to conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations

If a franchisee chooses to utilize these on-site services, they will incur an additional fee of $500 per day, along with covering travel and living expenses for the Pearce Bespoke representative.
