What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a prospective franchisee enters into a Development Agreement for one franchise, the Development Fee is $55,900. This fee is paid upon execution of the Development Agreement.
The Development Agreement is offered if Pearce Bespoke determines that the franchisee is financially and operationally qualified to develop multiple franchises. The number of franchises granted under the agreement is at Pearce Bespoke's discretion, based on factors like territory availability and the franchisee's business experience and financial resources.
Notably, the Development Fee is deemed fully earned upon payment and is non-refundable under any circumstances. If the franchisee is granted the right to develop more than six franchises, the Development Fee is calculated differently, starting at $260,400 plus $30,900 for each additional franchise. Franchisees entering a Development Agreement must also execute the current form of the franchise agreement for the initial franchise concurrently with the Development Agreement.
