What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Pearce Bespoke Franchise Disclosure Document, Section 7.D, as referenced in Item 22, outlines the training program that Pearce Bespoke provides to its franchisees. The training is designed to educate and familiarize franchisees with operating a Pearce Bespoke franchise. The program is divided into two portions. The first portion covers general business issues related to owning a Pearce Bespoke business, including product knowledge, recruitment, business plan development, tech tools, point-of-sales systems, product purchasing, and the franchisor's preferred vendor program. The duration of this portion is at Pearce Bespoke's discretion but is generally one week. The second portion may include instruction on sales and marketing, computer operation, Pearce Bespoke Franchise management, and other topics selected by Pearce Bespoke, also generally lasting one week. Franchisees must successfully complete both sessions. Failure to do so may result in denial of the right to manage the business or termination of the Franchise Agreement.

Franchisees are responsible for all travel, room and board, salaries, fringe benefits, and other expenses incurred while attending the training program. However, if a franchisee requests on-site training, Pearce Bespoke may provide it at its discretion, with the franchisee responsible for reimbursing Pearce Bespoke for transportation, lodging, and other related costs, up to $5,000.

Furthermore, all active clothiers working with the franchise are required to attend Pearce Bespoke's certification training, which may be held online or in person. The anticipated cost for certification or recertification is approximately $199, but this amount may change over time. This comprehensive training program ensures that franchisees and their staff are well-equipped to operate a Pearce Bespoke franchise according to the franchisor's standards and business system.
