Pearce Bespoke retains the sole and absolute discretion to make the final determination on all Approved Suppliers, however, we will consider supplier approval requests from franchisees upon written request. We will approve or disapprove a supplier within 30 days after we receive written notice from you. All suppliers you use must be approved by us before you can use them and may be subject to our training and reporting requirements.

According to Pearce Bespoke's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Pearce Bespoke retains the sole discretion to make the final determination on all approved suppliers. However, Pearce Bespoke will consider supplier approval requests from franchisees upon written request.
Pearce Bespoke will approve or disapprove a supplier within 30 days after receiving written notice from the franchisee. All suppliers used by the franchisee must be approved by Pearce Bespoke before they can be used and may be subject to Pearce Bespoke's training and reporting requirements.
This means that while franchisees are generally required to use Pearce Bespoke's approved suppliers, they have the opportunity to request approval for alternative suppliers. However, Pearce Bespoke ultimately has the final say in whether or not a supplier is approved. This process ensures that Pearce Bespoke can maintain quality control and consistency across all franchise locations while still allowing franchisees some flexibility in their sourcing.
